1. Introduction

ReccoHub is a product owned and operated by House Code Green LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Company.

3. Eligibility

ReccoHub is intended only for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. By using ReccoHub, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use ReccoHub only with parental or legal guardian permission and under their supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minor activity, monitoring platform usage, and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. Users agree to:

• Protect login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all account activity

5. Profile Types & Account Structure

ReccoHub supports consumer profiles, business profiles, and multiple homes/properties under one account. Users may toggle between consumer and business modes, manage multiple homes, and designate a default home.

Users may not impersonate businesses, misrepresent identity, or create fraudulent accounts.

6. Verified Reviews

Users may submit reviews only if a valid receipt, proof of purchase, or verified transaction is uploaded and approved by ReccoHub systems. ReccoHub may reject unverifiable reviews, remove suspicious reviews, investigate abuse, or suspend accounts.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain knowingly false statements, and may not be manipulated for rewards. Users may not submit fake reviews, coordinate fraudulent reviews, upload fabricated receipts, or manipulate recommendation systems.

7. AI-Assisted Reviews

ReccoHub may provide AI-assisted review generation features. AI-generated reviews are editable drafts only; users remain solely responsible for final submitted content, and AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.

Users may edit AI-generated reviews, regenerate reviews, or post reviews directly, but may not use AI-generated reviews for deceptive or unlawful purposes.

8. Referrals & Community Reward System

Users may recommend businesses, invite users to ReccoHub, and participate in community referral programs. Referral rewards may be issued only if a verified transaction occurs, required feedback is submitted, and customer satisfaction thresholds are met.

Referral rewards are eligible only if the redeemer uploads a verified transaction, submits a review, and provides a rating of 3 stars or higher. ReccoHub reserves the right to reject suspicious referrals, reverse rewards, modify reward calculations, and investigate abuse.

ReccoHub supports direct referral relationships only. Users do not earn rewards from multi-level referral chains, downline structures, or pyramid-style systems. ReccoHub is not a multi-level marketing program, an investment program, or a passive income opportunity.

9. Cashback & Reward Programs

Rewards may include cashback, points, credits, referral bonuses, sponsorship incentives, or promotional rewards. Rewards are promotional in nature, may not have cash value unless explicitly stated, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Rewards may require receipt validation, business approval, fraud review, recommendation verification, and satisfaction confirmation. ReccoHub may delay, suspend, reject, or reverse rewards at its discretion.

10. Business Services

Business users may manage business profiles, validate cashback claims, review referrals, receive AI insights, sponsor events, and access analytics. Businesses are responsible for accurate business information, lawful operations, honoring promotions where applicable, and compliance with applicable laws.

11. Event Sponsorships

Users may create community events, request sponsorships, and submit events to participating businesses. ReccoHub does not guarantee sponsorship approvals or business participation and is not responsible for agreements between users and businesses. Businesses retain full discretion regarding sponsorship participation.

12. Subscriptions & Billing

Consumer subscriptions relate only to event sponsorship outreach capabilities. Free users may submit one sponsorship request per month to one participating business. Paid users may contact multiple businesses, target selected businesses, and access additional sponsorship features.

Business subscriptions may provide AI-generated business insights, customer intelligence, advanced analytics, and premium features.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Users authorize recurring charges where applicable, subscription renewals, and billing-related communications. ReccoHub does not store full payment card information.

13. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit. By submitting content, users grant House Code Green LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, process, analyze, and distribute content for platform operations.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Violate laws
• Engage in fraud
• Manipulate reviews
• Impersonate others
• Upload malicious software
• Scrape platform data
• Interfere with platform operations
• Abuse referral systems
• Exploit vulnerabilities
• Infringe intellectual property rights

15. Fraud Detection & Platform Monitoring

ReccoHub may monitor transactions, analyze uploaded receipts, detect suspicious behavior, review referral activity, and investigate abuse. Users acknowledge that automated fraud detection systems may be used, account activity may be reviewed, and suspicious activity may result in restrictions or investigations.

16. AI Disclaimers

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, are informational only, and should not be considered professional advice. Businesses and users remain responsible for decisions made using platform insights. ReccoHub does not guarantee customer satisfaction, referral success, business outcomes, or AI accuracy.

17. Privacy

Use of ReccoHub is governed by the ReccoHub Privacy Policy. By using ReccoHub, users consent to receipt verification, AI-assisted processing, fraud monitoring, referral validation, and related data processing activities.

18. Third-Party Services

ReccoHub may integrate with Stripe, Google, AWS, OpenAI, analytics providers, POS systems, and other third-party services. House Code Green LLC is not responsible for third-party services, external systems, or third-party policies.

19. Termination

House Code Green LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or harmful conduct. Users may discontinue use at any time.

20. Disclaimers

ReccoHub is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Code Green LLC disclaims warranties, guarantees, uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, and fitness for a particular purpose.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House Code Green LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, lost profits, reputational harm, or data loss.

Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the user to ReccoHub within the previous 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

22. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless House Code Green LLC, ReccoHub, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims arising from misuse of the platform, user content, fraud, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.

23. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, logos, designs, systems, and related intellectual property are owned by House Code Green LLC or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit platform intellectual property without permission.

24. Governing Law

These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to ReccoHub or House Code Green LLC, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Users agree that any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to ReccoHub shall be brought in courts located in the State of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

25. Dispute Resolution

Users agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating formal legal action. House Code Green LLC may require mediation, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution procedures where legally permitted.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and related policies, constitute the entire agreement between users and House Code Green LLC regarding ReccoHub.

29. Platform Integrity & Trust Principles

ReccoHub is built around verified customer experiences, trusted recommendations, transparent reward systems, responsible AI usage, fraud prevention, and community accountability. Accounts engaging in fake reviews, duplicate receipt submissions, manipulated referrals, abusive reward activity, or platform abuse may be suspended, terminated, investigated, or subject to legal action.

30. Acknowledgement

By using ReccoHub, users acknowledge that they have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.
