- Community Referral — a recommendation relationship between users involving verified local businesses or services.
4. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, registered users, consumers, business users, sponsors, referral participants, event organizers, and any individuals interacting with ReccoHub services.
It does not apply to third-party websites, external services, or third-party applications not controlled by House Code Green LLC.

- Household & product: product names, appliance details, warranty information, purchase records, maintenance schedules, serial numbers, manuals, retailer information, service history
- Receipt & transaction: merchant name, date/time, receipt number, amount, tax, store location, line-item details, uploaded images/PDFs, business identifiers, payment-related metadata where available
- Reviews & recommendations: ratings, reviews, AI-assisted review inputs, recommendation relationships, referral activity, experience tags, voice/text feedback, satisfaction responses
- Event sponsorship: event details, sponsorship requests, location, descriptions, organizer information, business participation details
- Communications: customer support messages, survey responses, emails, feedback, chat interactions
5.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device & technical: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, app version, mobile carrier, language settings, crash reports, diagnostics
- Usage: pages viewed, features used, searches, clickstream data, timestamps, navigation paths, referral URLs, interaction data

- Fraud prevention & security: detect duplicate receipts, identify suspicious activity, monitor abuse, investigate fraud, enforce policies, protect businesses and users
- AI services & analytics: generate editable review drafts, summarize feedback, analyze sentiment, identify trends, generate business insights, improve fraud detection
- Communications: account notifications, reminders, transactional messages, security alerts, billing notices, sponsorship updates, support responses (users may opt out of certain marketing communications)
- Legal compliance: comply with laws, enforce agreements, respond to legal requests, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes
7. AI & Automated Processing
Users may provide keywords, ratings, tags, and voice/text input, and AI may generate editable review drafts. AI-generated reviews are not automatically published, may be edited by users, and are based only on user-provided inputs.
AI systems may analyze customer feedback, sentiment, ratings, trends, and referral performance to produce business insights. Automated systems may detect duplicate receipts, suspicious referral patterns, reward abuse, and flag suspicious activities. Users may contact us regarding disputes or account actions.
8. Verified Reviews & Incentivized Feedback
ReccoHub requires proof of purchase for reviews. Some reviews may be associated with cashback, points, referral rewards, or sponsorship incentives. Users acknowledge that incentivized feedback may exist, fraudulent reviews are prohibited, and manipulated transactions are prohibited. We may disclose when reviews are incentivized as required by law.
9. How We Share Information
9.1 With Businesses
Businesses may access customer reviews, referral information, transaction metadata, cashback validation information, customer insights, and recommendation analytics. Businesses do not receive raw payment card information.
9.2 With Service Providers
We may share information with vendors providing hosting, authentication, payment processing, cloud storage, analytics, AI processing, communications, fraud prevention, and customer support.
9.3 With Legal Authorities
We may disclose information when required by law, in response to subpoenas, court orders, government requests, investigations, or to protect rights and safety.
9.4 Business Transfers
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, financing, or sale of assets.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. ReccoHub does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials. Payment processors maintain their own privacy and security practices.

ReccoHub is intended primarily for users in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States.
19. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion by contacting support@reccohub.com. Certain information may be retained for fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial reporting, dispute resolution, and audit obligations.

23. Platform Integrity & Trust Principles
ReccoHub is built around verified customer experiences, trusted recommendations, responsible AI usage, transparent reward systems, fraud prevention, and community accountability. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fake reviews, duplicate receipt submissions, manipulated referrals, abusive reward activity, fraudulent sponsorship activity, platform abuse, or policy violations.
24. User Consent
By using ReccoHub, users consent to the collection and processing of information described herein, receipt verification workflows, AI-assisted processing, fraud monitoring systems, referral validation systems, community recommendation functionality, sponsorship processing, business analytics generation, and applicable notifications and communications.
