House Code Green LLC wants everyone to be able to use ReccoHub, including people who rely on assistive technology. This page says what we do about that and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Our standard
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA for the ReccoHub website and apps. The site uses semantic headings, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, text that scales with your browser settings, and colour contrast chosen to meet that level.
What may not work yet
ReccoHub is new and some pages are still being improved. Receipt images uploaded by members are not described in text. Charts in the business portal carry their figures in tables where we can, but some are visual only. If a screen reader, keyboard or magnifier does not get you through a task, we want to know.
Tell us
Email support@reccohub.com with the page or screen, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We answer within five business days and, where we can, offer another way to complete the task while we fix it.
